Personal Trainer
I always strive to bring my best to my clients.
Barbara Boolukos is a Master trainer in her own right. For 21 years she had the pleasure of training the famous Lydia Bach, founder of the Lottee Berk barre Method and from there she went on to train a host of other celebrities with Exhale for 15 yeas and counting. No matter the clientele status, Barbara has one goal and that is to transform her students through barre exercises and personal training. She is committed to bring her best to her clients. Barbara was part of the opening of Physic 57 Studio and she trained with the IFBB International Federation of Body Building. Aside from teaching a powerful and fun barre class, Barbara also teachers Turf and gives gym instruction. Barbara holds a HSFA American Sports and Fitness Certification.

Tristan Mogollon has been a licensed instructor since 2016. He is licensed to teach Zumba, Zumba Kids, Zumba Gold, Aqua Zumba, Aqua Fit, Spinning, Total Body Toning & HIIT. Tristan also does Group Training sessions, One on One Trainings, and Coaches Weight loss Challenges and is a Body Beautiful Motivation Speaker. Tristan continues to study the art of fitness and is currently training for more formats in the fitness industry. He is trained and certified in the following rhythms of Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Bollywood, Dance Hall, Soca, Samba & Many Worldwide Rhythms Tristan is very active on social media and enjoys hearing your feedback.

Frank is a dedicated, passionate, and creative NASM certified master trainer. He brings over 15 years of experience and specializes in medical exercise, strength & conditioning, sports rehabilitation, and enhancing overall health by using a customized approach to meet his clients’ needs. His vision is to help connect each and every person with the balance needed to be successful with life, health, work, and family by creating a realistic and sustainable individual plan suited for their success. During his free time, Frank enjoys running, hiking, softball, tennis, and ideally any outdoor activity. He also enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and spending quality time with his wife Lindsay and dog “Ducky”.

Gary became a cycling enthusiast immediately after taking his first Spin class (he was hooked)! His love of this challenging workout led him to become a cycling instructor. His affinity for spinning came naturally as an avenue to inspire and coach others to improve their fitness levels and cycling ability. Certified by Madd Dog Athletics, he has been instructing spin classes for almost nine years. A genuine athlete at heart, Gary is passionate about spinning as a vehicle to a healthy mind, body and spirit. His classes are full of energy and are sure to get you motivated with music crossing genres from Today's hits, greatest hits to EDM to Hip Hop and Rock. He believes that the challenge indoor cycling presents pushes people to test their physical and personal limits. He loves to make themed playlists and choreograph his classes to include hills, sprints, intervals and jumps – while getting your sweat on! Lexi

Group Fitness Instructor
Lexi’s passion is fitness and her goal is to inspire you to be your happiest and healthiest self! With a B.S. in exercise science from the University of Miami and multiple group fitness certifications, she will help you reach your goals by leading fun and effective classes with special attention to functional training and proper biomechanics as we maximize every minute of class whether it's killer circuit moves on the Turf, challenging hills and sprints in spin, or more mindful movement at the barre. She will motivate your sweat session with plenty of fist-pumping beats and high energy music to help you push your limits! She was a former cheerleader and group exercise veteran. Most importantly your workout with Lexi will be fun and energizing!

Richard

Group Fitness Instructor
Rich is a Tai chi Ch'uan National Gold Medal winner and has been practicing Tai Chi for more than 40 years. "I hope my students take home the tools necessary for a life well-lived. To notice our interconnectedness, and what is going on on the inside. The only rules in my class are to not bring politics or competition because Tai Chi is accessible for all bodies and levels, it's a whole other realm of meditation."

Kristin

Group Fitness Instructor
Kristin received her 200-hour yoga teacher training certification from Exhale in New York City, NY in 2013. Over the past 7 years Kristin has taught vinyasa, restorative, and power yoga classes. She teaches a class that builds up and works toward deeper variations of a series of poses. There are always options for all levels, and she believes in listening to your body and taking what you need in that specific moment and leaving the rest behind. She focuses on linking breath to movement and using music that flows with each part of class.

Susan

Group Fitness Instructor
Susan is an Exhale certified barre teacher. She took her first barre class over twenty years ago, and was hooked! She has always loved the fitness world, but the barre method created a much-needed transformation after she had her two children. She teaches a challenging class designed for all fitness levels.
