Freeze/Cancel requests will only be accepted for future dates, not past dates.

Memberships can be frozen for a minimum time period of 30 days or more.

A minimum $10 charge will be applied per month of chosen period of freeze.

All cancellation requests will be processed on the next available business day.

A cancellation request needs to be submitted before the 1st of the month in order to not be charged dues for the month.
