Virtual HIIT


A virtual high intensity interval training (HIIT) class. After a small warm up, you will move through power stations using

 After three rounds of 2 sets of exercises for every station, with a physical palate cleanser of a 2 set, 20 second mActive Tabata at the end of every set. This class closes with a 4 minute core strengthening sequence that will bolster the spine and the soul.

Mon - Thu: 6:30 am - 8 pm • FRI: 6:30 AM - 3 pm • Sat - Sun: 8 am - 12:00 pm
