This is a 30-minute high intensity interval class designed for participants of all levels. The class is a full body workout, including strength and cardio exercises set up in 7 stations for 40 seconds with 20 seconds rest per station. Class is limited to 14 participants, 2 per station and everyone must be signed in.

Mon - Thu: 6:30 am - 8 pm • FRI: 6:30 AM - 3 pm • Sat - Sun: 8 am - 12:00 pm
