This class combines strengthening Power Yoga and restorative Chill Yoga for a balanced hour on the mat. Start with an athletically and mentally challenging Power Yoga session designed to make you sweat. You’ll be challenged with dynamic movements and static holds crafted to build strength and endurance, tone your limbs, and tighten your core. Then let it all go with a Chill Yoga session to stretch, meditate and breathe deeply. You’ll use props like bolsters and blankets to enhance your practice and end with a long, peaceful Savasana.
