HIIT

A high intensity interval training (HIIT) class. After a small warm up, you will move through 5 power stations including TRX, weights, gliders, plyo-boxes, and core balls. After three rounds of 2 sets of exercises for every station, with a physical palate cleanser of a 2 set, 20 second mActive Tabata at the end of every set. This class closes with a 4 minute core strengthening sequence that will bolster the spine and the soul.

Mon - Thu: 7 am - 7 pm • FRI: 7 AM - 1 pm • Sat - Sun: 8 am - 1:00 pm
