HIIT on the TURF

A high intensity interval training class done on the mActivity turf. After the warm up you will move through 6 power stations, including TRX, weights, gliders, plyo-boxes, bands, and core balls. WE have three rounds and 2 sets of Tabata for the total workout!

Mon - Thu: 7 am - 7 pm • FRI: 7 AM - 1 pm • Sat - Sun: 8 am - 1:00 pm
