A perfect compliment to barre, replete with its own expanded syllabus, this class uses the core ball, theraband, and compound, torsionally based movements and sequences to create a steady-state cardio, results-driven workout that will greatly optimize all of your athletic and health goals.

Mon - Thu: 7 am - 7 pm • FRI: 7 AM - 1 pm • Sat - Sun: 8 am - 1:00 pm
