This 50 minute cardio class includes kickboxing, weights and alignment savvy, weight bearing exercise combinations to help you gain strength, build and tone muscle and ultimately strengthen your heart . The class is a combination of 25 minutes of cardio, and 25 minutes of barre, to get the ultimate metabolic boosting and fitness workout.

Mon - Thu: 6:30 am - 8 pm • FRI: 6:30 AM - 3 pm • Sat - Sun: 8 am - 12:00 pm
