Tyler’s barre method combines movements that utilize all ranges of motion and target all the body’s muscle groups. After every strengthening phase there is a stretch progression to create the strong yet supple and lithe physical aesthetic of a dancer or gymnast. Using incentivizing and energy inducing playlists, warm-up begins with weights, planks and pushups, followed by a concentration of thigh and glute based exercises at the barre. The class culminates with a focus on core exercises and a final stretch, making this barre method the ultimate, one-stop shopping adventure for the body and mind.
